I am Lucie, a parent of a child at Beech Academy. Alongside my role as a parent, I have over five years’ experience working as an adviser within the Civil Service and have previously worked in Early Years settings and the banking sector. I am passionate about ensuring that all children and young people receive and education that empowers them to fulfil their potential and supports their growth as confident individuals.

I strongly value nurturing, inclusive environments where every child is encouraged to thrive. As a Parent Governor, I look forward to supporting the school community and representing the views of parents, while working collaboratively with staff and fellow governors to support the continued success of Beech Academy.
